You have 3 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered (from the date of receipt).

How does Return Policy Work?


Initiate A Return

Schedule Pick-up

A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services or you shall arrange to send it back (check FAQ).


Return the Item

Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the courier representative.Make sure that all the tags are intact.


Refund Processed

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

General Policy:

We are providing Re-pick up facility on selected areas where our logistic service partners are servicing, however if you are in "out of service area", we will inform you the same through mail.

In case your address is not falling in the service area of our logistic partners, upon getting a mail confirmation from us, you should send the products through any of the reputed courier within 7 days from the date of confirmation.

In such case, you will be reimbursed return courier charges as per the mode of payment you opt for.

Always write ‘not for sale’ or ‘Defective good return’ on the cover while sending us the products.

You can track the status of your return from our site by logging into your account.

Please inform us about the returning of the product to us on care@mushkiya.com or by calling us on 9891136261 mentioning your ORDER ID.

The products being returned should be returned in the ORIGINAL CONDITION along with TAGS and PACKING.

If upon receipt, we found that product is USED, WASHED, ATLERED or is not in ORIGINAL FORM, no refund or exchange or return is accepted.

Return of goods that are custom made, pre-stitched or prepared as per your specific order will not be accepted.


Exchanges:

If you want to make an exchange we will issue you "reward points" to use for a new purchase. Reward Points include the value of returned items and a standard shipping credit so that you do not have to pay to have your exchange item sent to you. (Returns at a value of over Rs 1000 will not include a shipping credit since the exchange order is eligible for the FREE shipping offer). Other benefits include:

Your price is guaranteed In the event your purchase was made during a sale, you are still eligible to purchase your exchange item for the price you paid at the time of the original purchase.

Mushkiya Reward Points do not expire for 12 months

You can use them with other offers.

Your reward point is the same as cash. You can use them in conjunction with our other special offers like FREE shipping; and any other special discounts or promotional sales that may be offered.

Each order is eligible for one exchange shipping fee. Repeat exchanges for the same original order will not receive the standard shipping fee.

Issued reward points cannot be cancelled and refunded.

    • Q. I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to have any manufacturing defectd, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred. Customer can choose to get a bank refund or refund via store credit if you have paid through Debit/Credit card or net banking. In case, you have paid by COD, the the refunds are made via Store Credit only (our reward point program).

**We offer 5% extra money back if refund is chosen through store credit.

**Reward points can be used partially or fully at any time within 12 months.


    • Q. I received a wrong item, how can I return it?

In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with shipping cost in 7 working days.

    • Q. When are 'Returns' not possible?

There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 7 days from delivery.

2. Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.

3. Specific categories like innerwear, socks, eatables, personal care, cosmetics, fragrances and clothing freebies etc.

4. Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

5. Any consumable item which has been used or installed.

6. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

7. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

8. Fragile items, hygiene related items.


    • Q. I have changed my mind; can I return what I have bought?

If you change your mind before receiving your item, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund along with any shipping fees applied. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 7 days to return them, keeping the below rules in mind:

1. The item is not on the Non Returnables list.

2. You can’t return Clearance Items clearly marked as non-returnable.

    • Q. What if I bought an item from outside India through international shipping service offered by Mushkiya.com and I want to return it?

You may still return the product and we shall refund your money in terms of ‘reward points’’ which can be used by you at any time within 12 months. Shipping charges shall not be refunded in this case.


    • Q. Can I return Clothing & Fashion accessories?

A. You can return any Clothing item or Fashion accessory within 7 days in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact, as long as the item is:

1. not listed in the Non-Returnable List.

2. not Clearance Items clearly marked as such.

3. in the same condition as received and with the original packaging box and tags attached


    • Q. What are the items that cannot be returned?

The items that can not be returned are:

1. Clearance items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy

2. When the offer notes states so specifically are items that cannot be returned.

    • Q. How long does it take the courier to collect the returned items?

Typically, Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take up to two weeks for a courier to collect the item.


    • Q. Can I schedule time with the courier to return an item?

At the moment, you will not be able to contact the courier company directly. However, once our courier representative contacts you to schedule the time for the pick-up of a return item, you may provide your preferred timings to them.


    • Q. Can I return my item after 3 days?

There may be situations in which you were not able to return items within the 7 days, in such cases please contact our Customer Service Team (9891136261 or through the Contact Us page to file a complaint. Complaints are handled on case by case basis. However, all acceptable returns as per Consumer Protection Laws will honor the outlined duration.


    • How can I receive a refund if I paid by Credit Card?

If you have paid through electronic means (Credit or Debit card), the paid amount will be refunded to your card. The amount paid may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement  depending on individual’s bank process.

    • Q. I paid through Cash on Delivery, how will I receive a refund for my item?

    • Q. I lost the Original Packing in which I received the item, how can I still return it?

We accept return of item only if it is in an unopened, original box and/or packaging intact with all labels and barcodes on it, however in this case, please contact our Customer Service Team (+91 9891136261)


    • Q. Can I return an item through my courier company or personally drop it anywhere?

Yes you may do it but first let us know by contacting us.


    • Q. Who pays for the shipping charges when I return an item?

You can return an item for free within 7 days from delivery date, were by Mushkiya.com covers all the shipping charges.


    • Q. Where can I find the pre-paid shipping label / Air Waybill?

Once you place a request to return an item , the pre-paid shipping label / Air Waybill will be sent to you in your email to ensure you can return the item for FREE.
